Within the Physics Department, in the last year a very precise study about all the electrical consumption was done. The whole building has been analyzed, subdivided into different floors, hall, classroom and so on based on all different switchboards available in the building.

Afterwards, the analysis some pragmatic proposals, as introducing PIR Infrared motion Sensor to control the light, change the old halogen lamp with some newest LED based lamp, has been done.

Finally, some forecasts about the money saving and the GHG emission reduction, with different type of technical intervention, has been done.
